• Unless otherwise specified goods will be delivered within 28 days from receipt of order.

• All of our products are hand-made therefore are unique and likely to differ slightly from the images shown. Slight imperfections in weave and makeup and slight differences in size are likely to occur. Coral Seed does not accept liability for such differences and will not refund payment for such imperfections. Products found to be faulty at the time of delivery will be replaced or refunded, provided they are returned within 14 days. We advise purchasers to obtain proof of posting from the Post Office when returning products by post as we cannot be liable for goods lost in the post.

• Colours vary and those shown in the images should be taken as a guide only.

• We will refund payment if the product is returned in perfect condition within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for the cost of postage for returned items. We advise customers to obtain proof of posting, available free at the post office.

• Where possible natural dyes are used, most are colourfast but care should be taken, particularly with Indigo, when washing the products or when the product is damp.

• Our products all have care labels, we will not refund on products that have not been washed according to instructions, or have been washed when the label advises dry cleaning.
